They were wise and kind but the people envious of their greatness forgot to be grateful. At last the Tall Ones came to say a goodbye, never to return but they beckoned us to find them someday. A white man carrying a box on skinny legs remembered it for the world but the white men will forget and not be grateful. They always forget their words.”
